How The System Work

Keep it simple at every step

  1. A passenger places an emergency call by pressing the help pushbutton (emergency phone button).

  2. At this this a connection is made between all Thunder products.

  3. Through the existing emergency phone system, a call is placed to the on-site attendant or extern monitoring station.

  4. At the same time, a connection is made.

  5. The monitoring station answers the phone and begins a verbal conversation with the passenger.

  6. If passenger is present and has not responded verbally, the monitoring station can, first try with the camera a visual confirmation of a presence and after try to communicate with them by posting messages on the Thunder screen.

  7. If the passenger does not respond, the monitoring station can visually confirm there is a passenger in the car, and that it was not an accidental button press.

  8. If there is still no response, with the visual confirmation of a passenger present or not, the monitoring station can dispatch appropriate emergency needs and/or cut the connection.
